Policies

We ask that you always call Bark!Meow! upon return home, upon end of petsitter-client agreed dates of work. This is the only way we know your pets and home are safe.
We must know if anyone else has access or a key to your home while Bark!Meow! is working there.
We ask that you contact your veterinary clinic and notify them dates you are out of town and/or just give them our name and contact information. Also discuss with your veterinarian the extent of money you are willing to spend on any emergency or clinical appointment ever necessary while out of town and in petsitter's responsibility. This should be in writing at the vet's, incase of any emergency situation.
We ask to keep your key for convenience and keep costs low for petsitting services.
We ask that your home areas are clean and clear of obstructions for petsitter's daily duties in your home and yard.
We ask that you pay us upon our arrival to keep paper usage down. Bark!Meow! will leave a receipt of payment upon end of working dates.
There is a $25.00 return check fee payable within 30 days of your return home.
A surchage of $5.00 per visit is applied during holidays.
Bark!Meow! works seven days a week but only returns phone calls and emails 12:00-7:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
Don't forget to call petsitter upon returning home.
