Caring for your animals while you are away is a priority that takes attention and diligence. Cats, rabbits, lizards get playtime, fresh water, food, treats, medicine if necessary, and litter scooped. Holiday fees: All holidays fees are waived this year to help you afford pet care this season.
Policies
Cancellation fee of 50% during holidays
We must know if anyone else has access to your home while Bark Meow is in charge of your animals
We ask to keep your key, or have outside access to it, for convenience and to keep costs low (lockboxes are popular unless you have a keypad entry)
We ask that your home areas be clean and clear of obstructions for daily pet sits
Please pay a total of all money owed at the first visit, a check or cash accepted, no credit cards
There is a $25 return check fee payable to reimburse us for our bank fee and a $25 administrative fee due to us within 15 days of your return home
A surcharge of $10 per visit is applied during all holidays, New Years Eve, New Years Day, MLK Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
